Orbital TIG welding head for wall thickness ≤3mm tube to tube/elbow/tee/flange welding, and autogenous welding without wire filler. Suitable tube OD range is from 6.35mm to 152.4mm. 

Specially designed for tube to tube sheet welding on boilers and heat ex-changers. Boilers and heat ex-changers are used in all kinds of industries, whereas the heaviest equipment is found in the plants of the chemical or petrochemical industries and in electric power stations.

Designed for pipe to pipe / elbow / flange welding, suitable for wall thickness 3mm - 16mm pipe welding. With OSC/AVC, wire feeding functions. 

To select different track size to adapt workpiece OD range from 250mm to above. This system is suitable for root pass welding, filling and capping pass welding.
