TP060 Tube to Tube Sheet Weld Head

TP060 is the most commonly used weld head in tube to tube sheet welding field. It can fulfill over 90% of the regular tube protruding and tube flushed joint with wire filler and AVC function. The suitable tube OD of TP060 ranges from φ16mm - φ60mm, and TP060A (with minor modification from TP060) has the up limit of φ89mm.

Two types of holding weld head are optional: a TPF03 manioulator or a balanced lifter. The positioning collet are different for each type of holding - a positioning locator is needed when using TPF03 manipulator and a expander is needed when using balanced lifter.
